Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦350,000 per month

Qualification:

* Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Experience:

* 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
* Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

Description

Bluechip Technologies Limited is seeking a proactive Human Resources Officer to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will maintain employee records, ensure compliance with company policies, coordinate performance management activities, and help create a productive work environment.

This role is ideal for an HR professional with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
