About the Role
Inguest Global Partners Limited, a Professional Service Consulting Firm and one of Nigeria’s fastest-growing People Consulting firms, is hiring a Human Resources Officer to manage key HR functions and support its people strategy in Yaba, Lagos.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour regulations
Process leave administration and support payroll-related HR activities
Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management
Support employee relations and performance management processes

Requirements / Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; 3–5 years’ HR experience; Professional Certificate; strong knowledge of labour regulations and HR compliance
