UR9 Group, a diversified conglomerate registered with Nigeria’s Corporate Affairs Commission with operations spanning Energy, Real Estate, Agriculture, and Technology, is hiring a Quantity Surveying, Cost Control, Materials & Procurement Support Manager to support cost management and procurement across its Abuja-based projects.

• Support quantity surveying and cost control functions across ongoing projects
• Manage construction procurement processes and materials tracking
• Conduct project costing, site measurement, and contractor valuation
• Monitor material usage and procurement budgets to control costs
• Prepare cost reports and support financial documentation for project sites

Requirements / Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field; 5 years’ relevant experience in quantity surveying, cost control, procurement support, and materials management; strong reporting and cost-tracking skills
