About the Role
Spectrum Books Limited, a leading Nigerian publishing company with a long history in academic, educational, and general-interest publications across West Africa, is hiring Business Developers across four states to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and market growth areas
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
• Apply strong negotiation and leadership skills in client-facing engagements
• Support entrepreneurial growth initiatives within assigned territories
Requirements / Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (MBA an advantage); at least 5 years’ experience in management and business development; strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and entrepreneurial skills; proven ability to identify opportunities and achieve sales targets
