Moniepoint, one of Africa’s fastest-growing fintech companies, is hiring a Business Lead to design, manage, and scale its end-to-end field verification operations for loan customers across Nigeria. You will lead a distributed team of field verification officers, supervisors, and regional leads, making sure customer and business information is accurately verified so the loans business keeps growing safely. The role covers rolling out verification technology (geo-tagging, mobile apps, photo capture, digital checklists), tracking turnaround and accuracy KPIs, managing third-party verification partners, and keeping every process compliant with CBN regulations. You will also work with Risk, Credit, and Product teams to flag fraud and feed field insights into lending policy. Ideal for a strong operator with 7–10 years in credit risk, field verification, or banking/microfinance, solid KYC/AML and underwriting knowledge, and a track record of leading large field teams.
