Qualification:

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Experience:

* Previous experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist, Accounts Officer, or a similar accounting role.
* Experience using accounting and business management software is an advantage.

Description

Jules Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Specialist to manage financial records, process vendor payments, reconcile accounts, and support the company’s daily accounting operations. The successful candidate will help maintain accurate financial documentation, monitor expenses, prepare reports, and ensure transactions comply with company policies.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Process invoices and vendor payments.
* Reconcile financial transactions and general ledger accounts.
* Monitor petty cash and expense records.
* Prepare financial reports and supporting documentation.
* Resolve payment discrepancies with vendors.
* Maintain accurate accounting records.
