Earn ₦200,000–₦300,000/month overseeing staffing, training, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify staffing needs and advertise job openings
• Screen applicants and complete employment documentation
• Provide orientation, safety training, and technical training on vehicle technologies and repair methods
• Set performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations
• Manage salaries, wages, overtime, incentives, and payroll accuracy
• Resolve workplace conflicts and promote a positive work environment
• Monitor attendance, approve leave requests, and manage work schedules
• Forecast future staffing needs and plan for succession in key positions
Requirements / Skills
BA/BSc/HND; 3 years’ relevant HR experience; strong understanding of staffing, payroll, training, and performance management processes
