About the Role
Baykins Pharmaceutical Company, a healthcare business spanning precision diagnostics, pharmacy essentials, and professional training, is hiring an energetic Sales Representative in Lagos to promote and sell its products while building strong customer relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell company products to existing and prospective customers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
• Prepare and submit sales reports
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
• Represent the company professionally during customer engagements
Requirements / Skills
Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; at least 1 year of sales experience is an added advantage; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
