Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦350,000 per month
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience: 1–3 years in IT support, POS support, networking, or technical field operations.
Moniepoint Incorporated is seeking a Field Support Engineer to provide technical support for POS terminals and other payment devices across assigned locations. The successful candidate will install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain devices while ensuring customers receive prompt and reliable technical assistance.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to travel within their assigned territory when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Install and configure POS terminals.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
* Perform preventive maintenance on payment devices.
* Train merchants on the proper use of POS terminals.
* Document technical issues and service reports.
* Respond promptly to field support requests.
