Elizabeth Maddeux Limited, a business consulting and HR solutions firm serving industries including banking, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, and manufacturing, is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a construction-sector client to manage costs, budgets, and quality standards across ongoing projects in Ikeja, Lagos.
• Monitor ongoing construction projects to ensure execution within budget, schedule, and quality standards
• Manage project costs, contracts, procurement, and financial documentation
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and valuations throughout the project lifecycle
• Liaise with contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders on commercial matters
• Ensure compliance with quantity surveying standards and industry best practices
Requirements / Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field; professional certification or membership in a quantity surveying/construction body; 8–10 years of relevant experience; strong cost management and budgeting skills
