About the Role
Dapo Olaiya Consulting, a growing firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers established in 2004 and a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and IFMA, is hiring Estate Surveyors across Abuja, Lekki-Lagos, and Port Harcourt to support property valuation, letting, sales, and facilities management services.
• Conduct property valuations for real estate, financial institutions, and public sector clients
• Support letting, selling, and management of real estate interests
• Assist with facilities management and development feasibility studies
• Liaise with clients, landlords, and tenants across assigned locations
• Prepare reports and documentation in line with NIESV professional standards
Requirements / Skills
B.Sc. or HND in Estate Management, Surveying, or a related discipline; strong understanding of property valuation and real estate consulting; professional registration with NIESV is an advantage
