Experienced Spa Manager Needed at Aura Wellness & Spa in Lekki, Lagos
Aura Wellness & Spa is hiring an experienced Spa Manager to oversee its daily operations in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
The successful candidate will supervise employees, organize work schedules and ensure customers receive professional and welcoming service. The manager will also monitor sales and operating expenses, address customer complaints, maintain cleanliness and service standards, and prepare regular operational reports.
This position is suitable for someone with leadership experience who understands customer service, employee supervision and the day-to-day management of a wellness or service-based business.
Salary: ₦200,000–₦300,000 monthly
