Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦250,000 per month (plus performance incentives)
Experience Required: 1–3 years in field sales, business development, or customer acquisition. Minimum qualification: OND/HND/B.Sc.
Job Description
Moniepoint Inc. is hiring a Field Sales Executive to acquire new merchants, promote the company’s POS and business banking solutions, build strong customer relationships, and support business growth. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, onboard merchants, provide product demonstrations, and ensure excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
* Acquire and onboard new merchants.
* Promote Moniepoint POS and financial products.
* Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
* Build and maintain customer relationships.
* Train merchants on product usage.
* Prepare sales reports and market feedback.
* Resolve customer issues promptly.
Requirements
* OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
* 1–3 years of sales or business development experience.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet targets.
* Knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
