Description

KAAF Specialist Hospital is seeking a Procurement Officer / Storekeeper to oversee the purchase, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and other operational materials. The successful candidate will maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate with vendors, monitor stock levels, and ensure essential items are always available to support hospital operations.

The ideal applicant should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing procurement activities while maintaining proper documentation and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

* Source and purchase quality supplies.
* Maintain inventory and stock records.
* Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment.
* Receive, inspect, and document incoming items.
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
* Prepare procurement and inventory reports.
