About the Role
ICS Outsourcing, Nigeria’s pioneer Human Resource Outsourcing Company, is recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced QA Manager to oversee and ensure the highest standards of quality across healthcare operations in Surulere, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and maintain QA processes across healthcare operations
• Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
• Lead and motivate teams toward achieving quality objectives
• Produce quality documentation and reporting
Requirements / Skills
BA/BSc/HND; 3+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance management, preferably in healthcare or medical services; strong knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and healthcare compliance; strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment
